One of the built-in elements that Oxygen comes with is Slider which uses Unslider jQuery script for showing the individual slides as a slider.
On the frontend when a page having the slider loads, initially all the slides (at least the text content) may be seen flashing for a second before Unslider's .js file loads and then the slides will arrange themselves into place.
