Product short descriptions below product titles in WooCommerce

This members-only tutorial provides the steps to add Product short description below the product titles in WooCommerce products list.

We will set it up such that

for products that do not have Product short description truncated content (the first 10 or any number of your choice words) i.e., excerpt appears.
product link gets closed above the short description and opened below the short description allowing for hyperlinks so as to not break the HTML if short description content has links since anchor tags should not be nested.

Product short description can be entered on the Product edit screens below the Product data meta box.

Step 1

Install and activate Code Snippets plugin.

Go to Snippets > Add New.
