In Oxygen Builder it is possible to enable the JavaScript for smooth scrolling to hash links either sitewide or on specific Templates/Pages but sometimes you want to enable it on all pages of the site other than on specific Posts/Pages/views.
This members-only tutorial provides the steps to set up smooth scrolling conditionally wherein we specify exactly where it should or should not load via if conditional in PHP.
Step 1
Inside the Oxygen editor, ensure that "Smooth Scroll to Hash Links" is ticked at Manage > Settings > Global Styles > Scripts.
[optional] Set your desired Scroll Time and/or Scroll Offset.
