In the Oxygen's Facebook group a user asks:

Trying to add the post category to Easy Posts Grid - Image with title overlay. I used: <?php the_category( $separator ); ?>
I also created a class in the CSS template. When I apply code, all of the content disappears.

This members-only tutorial provides the steps to show categories (if present) for posts output by Oxygen's Easy Posts component with the "Grid - Image w/ Title Overlay" preset.



Step 1

In the Oxygen editor, select your Easy Posts component.

Load Settings from Preset: Grid - Image w/ Title Overlay

a) Go to Templates > Template PHP and replace the entire code with:

    If I take your code category code out it works just fine…
