I have recently added a notification bar above the header on this site about a discount for this site's membership and set it to appear only for anonymous visitors i.e., those who are not logged in.

Let's see how this can be done in this members-only tutorial.

We shall add a custom shortcode that returns the enclosed content only if the current user is not logged in to be used with a Shortcode Wrapper element in Oxygen.

Step 1

Install and activate Code Snippets plugin.

Step 2

Go to Snippets > Add New.
