This members-only tutorial provides the steps to apply jQuery Collapse script to display toggles that collapse other panels automatically when one is opened in Oxygen so that only one remains open at any given time.

Step 1
Let's load jQuery Collapse conditionally i.e., only where it is needed.
Install and activate My Custom Functionality plugin.
Connect to your hosting account using a FTP client and navigate to site's /wp-content/plugins/my-custom-functionality-master.
Upload jquery.collapse.js to the plugin’s assets/js directory.
Edit plugin.php and add the following inside the custom_enqueue_files() function:
