How to add Oxygen Templates admin menu item

In the past, I showed how we can add a quick link to go to Oxygen's Templates in the WordPress admin bar here.

This members-only tutorial provides the steps to add a "Templates" item in the admin menu that links to the Oxygen's Templates list page.

Install and activate Code Snippets plugin.

Go to Snippets > Add New.
