How to add User Name with a Logout link to Nav Menu in Oxygen

This premium tutorial provides the steps to prepend (or append if needed) currently logged in user's display name linking to a /welcome/ page with a link to log out underneath in Oxygen for logged in users.
Step 1
Install and activate Code Snippets plugin.
